In February 2024, the Ministry of Commerce and five other ministries jointly issued the "Announcement on Matters Related to the Export of Second-hand Cars", and China's second-hand car export business was fully liberalized. Under the guidance of Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Jiangyin Municipal Bureau of Commerce accelerated the layout, seized the "new wind mouth", immediately started to carry out related businesses, and helped Jiangyin Tongyuan Automobile Trade Co., Ltd. successfully obtain the approval of second-hand car export qualification. This is the first company in Wuxi that has been approved for the export of used cars.
After the successful approval of export qualification, Jiangyin Municipal Bureau of Commerce actively docking customs, public security, inspection, banks and other departments, to provide enterprises with point-to-point support, the whole process of services, and successfully solve the customs clearance, testing, financing, foreign exchange collection and other problems.
Under the strong support of Jiangyin Customs, through the joint efforts of many parties, the first used car export business has been successfully carried out today.

China's used car exports have grown rapidly, and used cars have been sold to more than 160 countries and regions. The countries along the "Belt and Road", especially Russia, Mongolia and Central Asian countries, have a large market demand and potential to be developed, which provides a huge market opportunity for the export of vehicles and parts.

Jiangyin Tongyuan Auto trade after the completion of the first single used car trade, will expand the scale of business in Russia, Central Asia, South Pacific and other regions, plans to invest 10 million yuan to set up overseas distribution branch, is expected to reach the business volume of 200 units per month, monthly trade volume of 20 million yuan.
